  • With Bill Pay you can pay any company or person you owe.

  • The money is sent electronically whenever possible. If the person or company can’t accept electronic payments, a check is printed and mailed for you.
  • You decide how much you want to pay and when you want to send the payment.
  • View payment and bill activity for the past 12 months.
  • ebills. Save a trip to the mailbox or another website to get your bills. Some of your bills can be delivered right in Bill Pay.

Bill Pay uses 128-bit encryption to make your info unreadable as it passes over the Internet. And with the “automatic sign out” feature, you will automatically be signed out due to inactivity.

As a customer of The First National Bank of Gordon, you have the option to receive traditional paper statements or eStatements (electronic statements). With eStatements, you no longer have to wait for the mail. You will be notified via email indicating your bank statement is available for viewing in our online banking platform. When you enroll in eStatements, you are making it easier to manage your finances. eStatements are fast, easy and most of all convenient.

  • Receive your bank statements sooner than paper statements.
  • View your statement from anywhere.
  • Better Security. Having your statement stored electronically protects your information from being stolen or lost in the mail.
  • Eco-friendly. Replacing your multi-page paper statement with an electronic version saves trees and reduces greenhouse gases associated with paper manufacturing, printing, and mailing.
  • Less Clutter: Give yourself less paperwork to sort through. Your online eStatement account acts as a digital filing cabinet, so your statements will be organized and easy to locate. You’ll never misplace your statements again or need to worry about properly disposing of them.
  • Receive email notification when your statement is available. Simply log into online banking to access your bank statement.
  • Access your eStatements and either download and save or print for permanent record keeping.

Enrolling in eStatements is simple and easy: When logging into online banking, you will be periodically asked if you would like to enroll in eStatements. If you have answered ASK ME LATER, you will be asked again in 30 days. If you wish to enroll manually, please follow these simple instructions: When logged into online banking. Click on the PROFILE tab at the top of the page. Verify your email address. Select the link for the ELECTRONIC STATEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, find the CONFIRMATION CODE at the bottom. Check the box that you agree to the eStatement terms and enter in the confirmation code. You are now enrolled in eStatements.

NOTE: Once accounts are setup as eStatements you will no longer receive your paper statement. You will however have the ability to download and save/print your statements from the website or mobile app.
